This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. Washington County Warrant Records is a private reference site. It cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear an order, accept bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. Contact the issuing court for a case decision and an official agency for records or custody information.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Choose the office that holds the record or controls the decision. Washington County does not publish a single public warrant counter for every city and court case.
- Possible statewide warrant entry: begin with the free Utah Statewide Warrants portal, then contact the issuing court. WCSO does not list a dedicated public warrant-status line.
- Missed court date or citation: call the court shown on the notice. Washington County Justice Court is at 197 East Tabernacle in St. George; its number is (435) 301-7480. City cases may go to Hurricane, Washington City, or Santa Clara Justice Court.
- Felony or class A case: contact Fifth District Court, 206 West Tabernacle, Suite 100, St. George, Utah 84770, at (435) 986-5700.
- Service or law-enforcement routing: Washington County Sheriff's Office patrol is at 620 South 5300 West, Hurricane, Utah 84737, phone (435) 656-6500; dispatch is (435) 634-5730. These are agency contacts, not a warrant-status guarantee.
- Custody and jail questions: Purgatory Correctional Facility is at 750 South 5300 West, Hurricane, phone (435) 656-6600.
- WCSO-held records: submit a GRAMA request through the sheriff's official records page. The office states a 10-working-day response period; most report copies are $5 after processing, so wait for the quote before paying.
For traffic and lower-level cases, call the court listed on the ticket because the county and city Justice Courts maintain separate dockets. A new hearing date or payment receipt should be checked with the issuing clerk to confirm whether the warrant itself has been recalled.
